How Do You Make a Gift Basket Fan Topper?

Shawn asks:
“I would like to know how to make the fans that I see placed in some gift baskets?”
A fan, which is made from cellophane, gets its name from the left-to-right accordion shape it displays atop a gift basket.
Some wholesale catalogs include photographs of completed gift basket designs topped with tall, luxurious fans of cellophane designed in a complementary color to the cello that encloses the basket.
It truly adds height and value to every gift with minimal time and cost.
A fan topper video will be available at GiftBasketVideo.com later today and can be accessed by members of the Golden Basket Club.
Respond to this post, Shawn, by this weekend in the comments area, and I’ll provide you with details to see the video.

That “fan look” is classy—I really like it. Hope to learn more.
Many designers do find it to be classy, Lola, as well as a great visual to sell more.
There are enhancements that work as well as a visual, such as balloons, ting ting, and star spray.
